1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of FluxGrid Social (the "Service"), operated by FluxGrid Studio.

2. Account & Billing Data

We collect your email, account details, and billing status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe; we store only Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not card numbers.

3. Brand, Profile & Content Data

We store the brand profiles, settings, and content you create or generate in the Service.

4. Social Connection Data

If you connect social accounts, we store the connection metadata needed to operate the Service. Publishing and connection features may be limited during test/beta.

5. AI Processing

To generate and refine content, we send relevant inputs to AI model providers. Please do not submit sensitive personal information you do not want processed this way.

6. Payment Data

Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe's handling of payment data is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.

7. Cookies, Session & Authentication

We use a secure session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use it for advertising.

8. Analytics

We do not currently use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking analytics.

9. How We Use Data

We use data to provide, secure, and improve the Service, process billing, and communicate with you.

10. Sharing & Service Providers

We share data with service providers who help us operate the Service: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (hosting, database, and storage). We do not sell your personal data.

11. Data Retention

We retain account and billing records as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal and tax obligations. Specific retention periods will be confirmed prior to live launch.

12. Your Choices, Access & Deletion

You may request access to or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required by law.

13. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure.

14. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the applicable minimum age, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
