Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using FluxGrid Social (the "Service"), operated by FluxGrid Studio ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

FluxGrid Social is an AI-assisted tool that helps businesses draft, schedule, and manage social media content. Features may change over time.

3. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

Paid plans are billed as a recurring monthly subscription. The current planned launch price is $49.00 USD per month, billed through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices may change with notice.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect immediately, and access to paid features ends at that time.

6. Refunds

We do not provide automatic prorated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after immediate cancellation. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis upon request.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by the Service is generated using automated AI systems. We do not guarantee its accuracy, originality, legality, or suitability for any purpose.

8. Your Responsibility for Content

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before publishing it, and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party platform policies.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content, or to misuse, overload, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by FluxGrid Studio. Subject to these Terms, you retain rights to the business content you provide and to outputs you approve.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third parties, including Stripe (payments) and social media platforms. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms.

12. Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FluxGrid Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
